To do TAT, one holds specific acupressure points on the face and the back of the head and focuses on a series of specific statements. The whole process takes no more than 15 minutes. It is very effective at releasing traumas, easing fears, dissolving emotional upsets and improving health challenges.
Havening Touch involves a simple touch of the hands, upper arm, and face.
