In my last 20-odd years of counseling the community and the people around me, I have realized that emotional healing is now at the center of physical and mental health.

I am Savitha, ICF certified positive psychology coach and a meditation coach. I also use EFT as a mode of counselling. Meditation has been a part of my life from a very young age. Meditation and mindfulness can vastly improve mental wellbeing and can have a transformative impact on all of us as individuals and to society as a whole. I conduct meditation workshops for children, adolescents and adults on various life issues. I believe change comes from within and my job as a coach is to steer people towards the change they are looking forward.
